1. Who we are
AIStrategise is a practice of Imperium Business Intelligence Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 12077518, registered office 29 Cliffe Avenue, Margate, Kent, CT9 5DU. We are the data controller. Contact: andrew.hoyle@imperium-bi.co.uk.
2. When you contact us
If you submit an enquiry form, we process the details you give us (name, email, company and message) to respond to and manage your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps toward a contract. Your submission is stored in our database and emailed to us; we send you an acknowledgement and do not sell your data.
3. Retention
Enquiry data is kept no longer than 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, then deleted. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely solely to honour your request.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Reputable processors (email delivery, hosting and database) act on our instructions under agreements.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — and you can object to marketing at any time (email above) and we'll stop. Complaints: the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to operate. It sets no marketing or tracking cookies.
